To request the use of facilities, please complete the Request Use of Facilities and Fees form (KG CCPS F) and submit to the building you are requesting for first approval.  If approved by the building administrator, the form will be submitted to the School Board Office for final approval.  An invoice will be sent to the organization contact person for payment.  Payment must be made within 20 days of receipt of invoice.
