Parent Support Session for online registration - CCPS is offering a parent support session to assist parents in completing their student's online registration.
The session will take place on July 28, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the school board office located at 317 W Main St, Berryville, VA 22611.

If you are new to Clarke County, please contact your students' new school prior to attending the Parent Lab for assistance.

Computer devices will be available for your use during this time.  Spanish translators will also be available.

Completed registrations are due by Monday, August  3rd. 

Free Summer Meals for children ages 1-18 - Clarke County Food Services is working with Warren County to provide Free Summer Meals weekly to any child ages 1-18 regardless of ability to pay.  Meal kits include 7 days of breakfast and lunch.  Pre-Registration is NOT required, but if you decide to pre-register we will mail you a car tag for meal pickup, it will make the process for pick up easier for everyone and help our department plan for the program.  When a child is not present, a parent/guardian can pick up for the child. Meals for each child should only be accessed one time per week. This form will be used to assist us in ensuring the rules are followed.  Refer to the flyer for dates, location, menu, and prepration instructions. Pickups are at Grace Episcopal Parish Hall on Liberty Street, Berryville on Thursdays from 4-6pm and Fridays from 10:00-noon.
